- Firearms & Regulated Items
All firearms and serialized components are sold in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder selected by the customer during checkout. Background checks, transfer approval, and final delivery are handled exclusively by the receiving FFL.
Poseidon Gunworks is not responsible for denial of transfer, delays caused by background checks, or fees charged by third-party FFLs. Any costs incurred due to transfer denial are the responsibility of the customer.
Firearm availability is subject to federal, state, and local law. Certain states and jurisdictions are restricted from receiving firearms we offer. A current list of restricted locations is maintained on our How to Order a Firearm Online page.
- Custom & Limited Products
Custom firearms, limited-run items, Cerakote finishes, and made-to-order products are final sale once production has begun. Variations in color, finish, or texture are inherent to custom manufacturing and are not considered defects.

Poseidon Gunworks is not liable for misuse, improper handling, modification, or negligent use of any firearm or product sold. All firearms should be handled responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer and safety guidelines.
