Refunds and Returns Policy

  • Firearms & Serialized Items

All firearm sales are final once transferred to an FFL. No returns or refunds are permitted after transfer.

  • Custom & Limited Items

Custom firearms, Cerakote work, and limited-run products are non-refundable once production has started.

  • Merchandise

Apparel and merchandise fulfilled via Print-on-Demand are eligible for replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage.

  • Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
