How To Purchase a Firearm Online
Purchasing a firearm online from Poseidon Gunworks is straightforward and compliant with federal law.
- Step 1
Select your firearm and begin checkout.
- Step 2
During checkout, choose your preferred FFL or provide a valid FFL dealer for transfer.
- Step 3
Upon purchase we will ship the firearm to your selected FFL.
- Step 4
Your chosen FFL will contact you upon receipt and you will complete a background check and transfer paperwork at the FFL to receive your firearm.
- State and Local Restrictions
Firearm availability is subject to federal, state, and local laws.
Poseidon Gunworks does not ship firearms to certain states or jurisdictions where restrictions prohibit transfer of the products we offer.
At this time, firearm shipments are not available to residents of the following states:

- New York (NY)
- New Jersey (NJ)
- Illinois (IL)
- Oregon (OR)
- Washington (WA)
- Hawaii (HI)
- District of Columbia (DC)
- Massachusetts (MA)
- Maryland (MD)
- Colorado (CO)

- Delaware (DE)
Additional state or local restrictions may apply. Restrictions are based on the configurations and features of the firearms we offer and may differ from state to state. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any firearm ordered is legal in their jurisdiction and transferable through their selected FFL.
